Oral Presentation
The oral presentation sessions will be held in the respective rooms at the FMHS, UPM.
Schedule and important notes:

Arrival: Participants are required to be present at least 15 minutes before their scheduled presentation session. This is to ensure adequate preparation time and a smooth transition between presenters.

Slide Submission: All participants are required to submit their presentation slides by 9 November 2025 (Sunday). Participants are encouraged to check the compatibility of their slides with the system in advance, at least 30 minutes before the presentation.

General Reminder: Please ensure your presentation adheres to the allocated time and maintains a professional and engaging delivery.

Presentation Guideline: Each session will consist of 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A.

Evaluation and Awards: Presentations will be evaluated by two members of the jury panel based on content, delivery, visual quality, and Q&A performance. The Best Oral Presentation Award for each track will be announced during the Closing Ceremony on 11 November 2025 (Tuesday).
Poster Presentation
The poster session will be held on the Ground Floor of the FMHS, UPM.
Schedule and important notes:

Poster Mounting: Posters must be mounted on the designated boards according to the assigned poster code at the Ground Floor, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, UPM.

Mounting Time:
Day 1 poster session: 10 November 2025 (Monday) — 7:45 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
Day 2 poster session: 11 November 2025 (Tuesday) — 7:45 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

Display Preparation: Ensure posters are properly displayed before the evaluation sessions begin.

Poster judging: 12:15–1:00 p.m. Participants must be present at their posters during this session to engage with the judges and respond to any questions. Posters will not be evaluated if the presenter is absent. Each presenter will be allocated 10 minutes in total: 7 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A). Each poster will be evaluated by two members of the jury panel.

Poster removal: 5:00–6:00 p.m. All posters should be removed promptly after the session. The organizing committee will not be responsible for posters left behind.

Best Poster Presentation Award
One (1) Best Poster Award will be given for each track of the SAES2025 Poster Presentation. The winners will be announced during the Closing Ceremony on 11 November 2025 (Tuesday).
