Call for Abstracts
We are pleased to announce the 13th International Symposium on Applied Engineering and Sciences (SAES2025) and invite researchers, academicians, and industry practitioners to submit their papers for presentation at the symposium.

Important note:
Non-presenters are not required to submit an abstract and may proceed directly with registration.
SAES 2025 Presentation Guidelines

Allocated time: 10 minutes presentation with a further 5 minutes allowed for discussion.

Prepare your slides as a PowerPoint file or a PDF and bring them with you to the conference.

You will need to load your presentation onto the computer in the room before your stream, to facilitate a smooth transition between speakers.

We recommend that you also bring your presentation on a data stick or other portable memory device.
1. Oral Presentation

Poster displays will be limited to one side of a tack board.

The recommended poster size is A1 (594 x 841 mm or 23.4 inch x 33.1 inch). Refer to this link for the poster template.

Each poster board will be assigned with a number based on the Paper ID.

Please place your poster at the assigned poster board.

Participants can place their poster in the morning of the presentation day.

The presenter must be ready to present next to the poster during the poster presentation session.
